2. What Data We Collect
2.1. Account Information (provided by you)
- Email address
- Business information (number of ASINs, marketplace, current repricer, revenue range)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)
2.2. Amazon Seller Data (via SP-API and Advertising API)
When you connect your Amazon Seller account to PriceClimb, we access the following data through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API:
- Product listings (SKU, ASIN, title, price) — to display and manage your catalog
- Sales and traffic reports — to calculate organic sales velocity
- Fee estimates — to verify Amazon fees before price changes
- Pricing and competitive data — to inform repricing decisions
- Advertising campaign reports (PPC sales) — to isolate organic from PPC-driven sales
- Notifications (offer changes, pricing health) — for real-time repricing triggers
2.3. Data We Do NOT Collect
PriceClimb does not access, collect, or store:
- Buyer personally identifiable information (PII) — names, addresses, phone numbers
- Order fulfillment or shipping data
- Buyer-seller communications
- Tax-related information
- Any Amazon restricted data categories
3. How We Use Your Data
- Repricing optimization: Analyzing organic profit per day and adjusting prices within your defined margins.
- Fee verification: Checking real Amazon fees before proposing any price change.
- Dashboard and reporting: Displaying your ASINs, margins, directions, and cycle status.
- Account management: Subscription billing, onboarding, and customer support.
- Service improvement: Aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve PriceClimb.
We do not use Amazon data for any purpose beyond providing the PriceClimb repricing service.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise share your Amazon Seller data with any third party.
We use the following service providers (subprocessors) to operate PriceClimb:
- Supabase — Database hosting (EU, Frankfurt)
- Vercel — Website hosting (EU / Global CDN)
- Stripe — Payment processing (EU)
- Resend — Transactional email delivery (EU)
5. Data Security
- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Encryption at rest: AES-256 encryption for all stored Amazon Seller data.
- Access controls: Role-based access control (RBAC) with the principle of least privilege.
- Authentication: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all systems processing Amazon data.
- OAuth 2.0:Amazon's Login with Amazon (LWA) for secure authorization. We never store your Amazon password.
- API tokens: Access and refresh tokens stored encrypted, never exposed to frontend.
- Monitoring: Audit logs for all data access.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Active subscription: We retain Amazon data for as long as your subscription is active and Amazon account is connected.
- After disconnection or revocation: All Amazon Seller data deleted within 30 days.
- After subscription cancellation: All Amazon Seller data deleted within 30 days.
- Account data: Basic account information retained for legal/tax compliance for a maximum of 5 years per Spanish law.
- On request: Immediate deletion available at any time via privacy@priceclimb.io.
7. Incident Response
- Notify Amazon within 72 hours of any data breach.
- Notify affected users without undue delay.
- Immediate containment and remediation steps.
- Full cooperation with Amazon's investigation.
- Post-incident report with root cause and preventive measures.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
As PriceClimb primarily serves sellers in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure:Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”).
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured format.
- Restriction: Request limited processing.
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent: At any time where processing is based on consent.

9. Cookies and Analytics
PriceClimb uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics that does not use cookies or track personal data. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data is primarily stored and processed within the European Union. Where data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure adequate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
11. Children's Privacy
PriceClimb is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website.
