1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of PriceClimb, an automated repricing tool for Amazon Private Label sellers, operated by Alquemy Ecommerce Services S.L. (CIF: B70812300), Paseo de la Innovacion 1, 02006 Albacete, Spain.
By creating an account or using PriceClimb, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
PriceClimb optimizes organic profit per day for Amazon Private Label sellers using a hill-climbing algorithm with 13 safety protections. The Service connects to your Amazon Seller account via SP-API and Advertising API through OAuth 2.0, analyzes sales velocity, margins, and fees, and applies price changes within your defined parameters.
3. Amazon Relationship
PriceClimb is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
4. Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have an active Amazon Professional Seller account.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for your account credentials.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are ultimately responsible for all pricing decisions on your Amazon listings.
- Set appropriate min/max margins for each ASIN.
- Monitor repricing activity on your account.
- Ensure COGS data is accurate and up to date.
- Comply with Amazon's pricing policies.
6. Pricing and Billing
- Plans billed monthly or annually. 14-day free trial.
- No credit card required to start the trial.
- Payments processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
7. Data Handling
See our Privacy Policy. We access Amazon data solely for repricing. We do not sell or share your data. All data encrypted in transit and at rest.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. The Service depends on Amazon's APIs.
9. Limitation of Liability
- PriceClimb is provided “as is”.
- We do not guarantee profit increases.
- Total liability limited to 12 months of payments.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in PriceClimb are owned by Alquemy Ecommerce Services S.L. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license during your subscription.
11. Termination
- Cancel anytime. Takes effect at end of billing period.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
- Amazon data deleted within 30 days of termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
30 days' notice for material changes.

Laws of Spain. Courts of Albacete, Spain.
